Unrigged Note 3 Still Most Powerful

There has been too much talk about how Samsung tweaked the Note 3 to over perform in benchmarking software. The quad core variant of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was found to be utilising all the 4 cores simultaneously triggering maximum performance when a benchmarking software like GeekBench was running. Samsung included a special core that allowed that enabled the GPU to run at a higher clock speed and locked the CPU to max frequency . This caused the benchmarking score to increase by about 20% s per ARSTechnica. This was much puzzling as LG Optimus G2 that uses a similar 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz was left out in the dust. When the same Benchmarking software were used in a modified mode the performance falled to a similar level of the LG G2. This should be of not most concern as The note 3 is still one of the top perfomers according to benchmarks , click on the link to see more
